Wanted: Other rentals in Ireland, Kerry

I'm a musician based in Kenmare co Kerry looking for a place to stay for myself, wife and 4 children. I am hoping to find someone that has any kind of property that needs a spot of painting and some DIY detail so I can do some kind of deal on rent etc. If anything else is available let me know but most places that are ready to rent out are going for prices way out of my budget!
